About Sarah
Sarah Silverman is a licensed clinical social worker and music therapist. She has been working in the field of mental health for over eight years. She has an extensive background working with anxiety, depression, trauma, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, and LGBTQ+ issues. She utilizes a mixture of person-centered therapy, DBT, CBT, relational therapy, motivational interviewing, and play therapy.

Worked in Partial Hospitalization Program as Music Therapist/Case Manager,
Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit as Mental Health Technician and group therapist,
Outpatient Clinic as clinical therapist, safe house with survivors of human trafficking as assistant director and therapist.
Volunteered with Lindsey Meyer Teen Institute as College Aged TI Staff, Youth Advisory Council Coordinator, College Aged TI Staff Coordinator, and Care Team.
Worked with Lindsey Meyer Teen Institute providing grief therapy groups.
